State Certified General Contractor, State Licensed Continuing Education Provider, Certified My Safe Florida Home Inspector and State Certified Mold Asser and Mold Remediator.
Rick Smith is a State Certified Home Inspector and a member of NACHI. He scored a one hundred on is Home inspection exam. Rick takes pride in his work and it shows.
Chris Rodgers is a State Certified Home Inspector and a member of NACHI. Owned his own pool company for six years and has been in construction his whole life. He is the brother of Melissa (owner) and we’re very fortunate to have him on our team.
Dave Brochu is a State Certified Home Inspector and a member of NACHI.
He started his construction career in the Navy as an Electrician. After he got out of the service he’s been in construction ever since doing everything from foundation to roofing and everything in between.
